Shipping and Delivery
All orders are processed and shipped within five business days of receipt of payment with the exception of Pre-Orders that will ship upon receipt of Pre-Order items. All orders are shipped FedEx.
You will receive your tracking number upon shipment via email.

However, we know that one of the drawbacks of internet shopping is that you can't try something before you buy it. That's where our money-back guarantee comes in. If you are not completely satisfied with an item, for any reason, you can return it within 15 days of the shipping date for a complete refund of the merchandise price less shipping charges*.

*All returns must be within 15 days of the date the item was shipped. Please do not accept any shipment if the packaging appears damaged in any way. We strongly suggest that you check your order after receiving it to be sure that it is in proper working order. Returned items must be in resalable condition. Resalable Condition means that the product(s) is exactly in the same condition as you received it. All exchanges must be pre-paid, returned in original packing, and show no sign of wear or abuse. In the event that the product is not in the same condition as you received it you may be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee, repair charge or disqualification. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please call our Customer Service department if you have any questions about returning an item.

You'll find accurate inventory information right on our website! If an item is out of stock, it will be indicated on the item detail page. You can also call 1-704-237-0261 to contact a representative who will be glad to check stock for you.
Order status will be supplied by email or you can call 1-704-237-0261 to check on your order status.
If you need to cancel your order, call 1-704-237-0261 and a customer service representative will research your order. Again, we ship orders as soon as possible, so we are not always able to stop an order once it has been placed.
